All prices of flowers and gifts are in Singapore Dollar (prices in brackets are US Dollar currency for your reference. 1 USD = MYR 3.35). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please note that purchases are payable to "MyFlowers".
Orders will be confirmed and fulfilled only with full payment received, according to the actual value of the order.
No cancellations are allowed on the day of delivery. Should there be a cancellation, the cost of the order will be forfeited.
Should a particular flower or merchandise be out of stock, MyFlowers reserves the right to replace it with another of an equivalent or higher value. MyFlowers will inform the customer of the change.
The actual delivered flowers or other accompanying items may vary in some cases due to availability and local customs of the recipient's locale. Every item available from our online store has been individually designed by a professional florist with the freshest products available.
All flower arrangements and gifts contained herein are for delivery within Thailand.
Delivery of gifts will be made seperately from the delivery of flowers. We currently do not package our gifts for delivery together with our flowers.
MyFlowers will not accept responsibility for late or non delivery of the flowers or gifts in the following circumstances:
The recipient of the order made is not present at the address given and there is no one else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient.
The address is incorrect.
Recipient's telephone number not provided or an invalid number is given.
MyFlowers will make at least 2 attempts to contact the recipient. In the event that the receipient is not at the
address given without the knowledge of the customer, or of there is any other reason for non delivery for which MyFlowers is not liable,
MyFlowers will enter into correspondence with the customer. For a pre stated fee, MyFlowers will arrange to have the order delivered at
a later date.
In case of eventual non delivery, no requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of the product and the costs involved.
Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund can be made.
In all cases, MyFlowers will try their best to deliver according to the requested time. However, in rare cases of late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, MyFlowers will not be liable for any claims arising out of such situations.
Non delivery due to reasons such as natural disasters, acts of God, violent/warlike situations and/or other reasons beyond our control will not be considered as a violation of agreement.
